Welding machine description: 

Diameters of pipes being welded by welding machine: D 800 mm, 900 mm, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, 800 mm. 

Centralizer. It consists of two mobile clamps (1200 mm), which are driven by two hydraulic cylinders and two fixed clamps (1200 mm). To connect to a hydraulic unit the centralizer equipped with 2 quick disconnected connects. 

Hydraulic unit. Designed for the process of pressure welding and cooling, reduces and spreads clamps. Equipped with a pressure gauge, pressure regulator, a three-way joystick, high-pressure hose with quick disconnected couplers -2 pcs. to connect to the centralizer. The range of hydraulic pressure from 0 to 160 bar, 380 V / 2, 2 KW. 

Facing machine. Highly reliable landing of end drives due to attachment to the shafts of the apparatus to avoid accidental displacement during operation, removing the chips out, speed of knives rotation is 9 rpm., 380 V / 3 kW. 

Heating element. Equipped with a thermostat, ensuring the maintenance of a given temperature, non-stick coating of the working surfaces, connecting cord and plug, switch "on / off", the temperature is adjustable from 180-230 º C, 380V/12 kW. 

Control board. To connect the facing machine, the heating element and the hydraulic station. 

Case. For storage and transportation of the heating element and the facing machine. 

Set of inserts. One set consists of 8 diameter semirings. 

Base plate. For welding in the center and the correct orientation of the flanges.
